Gathering Yourself
When we have gathered people, ideas, resources, and plans, there comes a point when we must realize that we have the initiative. We don’t have all the responsibility, but we are positioned to lead, however it came about.
At this point, we have to gather ourselves and fully inhabit the role that is required of us. When we do this without compromising ourselves, our actions carry conviction and flow clearly from our being best positioned to lead on this occasion.
Then it is easy to bring people together with a shared vision and aim, however difficult the circumstances we may face.
