Approaching Growth
How does what we are doing want to develop?
Are we listening for whispers and nudges from the circumstances and events around us, or trying to force what we are doing into a preconceived mold?
How would that ever work when everything is in motion and going through change? We can see which way something wants to grow and then help, but if we try to force it into a shape we think it should have, it will never flourish.
Our modern fixation with fast results leads us to expect them before they can emerge. Then we give up and miss the true potential. It is good to think deeply about nurturing the projects we want to grow, ensuring they have the space and time to do so.
