Flow to Earth

After the end of the old cycle, a new beginning is full of potential. Under the leaf cover of winter, the first stirrings of new growth are already starting.

At such a time, the small things we focus on and our actions can have far-reaching consequences for the time ahead. Make sure you protect the swelling buds of your plans and hopes against the icy winds of negativity, wherever they may originate.

Letting go of things that weigh you down makes it easier to move into new, unexplored territory where it is less about the past and more about your new destination.

Move towards the place where your natural creativity intersects with the real world, and remember no journey is without hills and obstacles. Our ideas may need to adapt to the reality around us without losing their core intention. That isn’t a train smash, just part of the journey.

Connecting with your sense of flow enables you to adjust to changing terrain without losing your essential direction, and is achieved by taking the time to turn within and sense where you are flowing from.

Contrary to some descriptions, the flow does not require great effort and may appear in quiet moments of insight, like light reflecting on the water.
