Disruption

Disruption can happen suddenly and be disorienting. If you’re unsure how to respond, consider where it is going and what is emerging, and go with that.

That often means recognizing that you don’t have to react to disruption straight away. You can go with it and then shape it.

If it makes you feel a bit frozen at first, maybe that’s not a bad thing, as it can stop knee-jerk reactions and give you time to see what has been disrupted and how.

Quite possibly, it needed to happen, and the result is an energizing array of new possibilities.
