To the Core

To find your way to the core of something (an idea, a group, a situation, a relationship, a system) requires careful and thoughtful inquiry.

Setbacks happen and are more easily dealt with as part of the whole journey of knowing, rather than being seen as a failure. They may even reveal more valuable insights than apparent progress.

Trying to force our way to the center of something doesn’t work, especially if we have already decided what that looks like and are busy constantly prodding for a response that fits our preconception.

Constantly and persistently seeking to understand over time develops a sense of context, and from that context, an understanding of the core of something emerges.

Then you can make significant changes for the better.
