Things Not Happening?
Sometimes we prepare everything we can to create a context where we expect to get specific results.
And we don’t.
Somehow, it’s wrong, and we know in our bones that no amount of persistent effort will ever make those longed-for results appear.
And yet it is so easy to get caught up in thoughts about how much time and effort we have already spent, and to keep trying to make something work that won’t.
That doesn’t mean there is no potential at all, but it isn’t what we thought or is in a wider field of endeavor.
In this case, stopping, looking, re-assessing, and exploring more open-mindedly is the course that can lead us to progress.
