Transformational Change
When we want to create profound change, it’s easy to underestimate how much is involved in a fundamental transformation. Then we can become impatient for results.
But at some point, for the process to work, we will need to commit ourselves without necessarily seeing how everything will work out.
That can feel insecure, and it is good not to let impatience force your hand but to wait for the moment when you sense the only missing piece is your full commitment, and then to give it.
You can’t make cakes without breaking eggs.
