Release Enthusiasm
Forgiving someone doesn’t mean accepting what they did was OK or that we should trust them again. It means letting go of the wound the offense left us with.
It means freeing ourselves, moving on, and rekindling our enthusiasm for living. Forgiving someone takes away any remaining power they had over us.
Seeing through the illusions and fantasies frees us to go directly for what we want.
