Opening and Gathering
Being open and responsive is excellent for bringing different people together.
Accepting differences of perspective can be enriching.
But, like anything, too much can be a problem. Accepting differences that compromise our fundamental boundaries is not good for us.
So, when being receptive, we need to keep an eye open for anything that threatens our overall well-being.
This reasonable caution provides the ground for ongoing rich collaborations of diversity.
