Pouring water, pouring Self

Pouring water, pouring Self

When you pour yourself into something that you are doing or being, it is like pouring water.

There comes a time when the water has found its level. Then it's time to stop pouring. It's enough.

Rather than reacting to circumstances on autopilot, you can pause, reflect, and let things develop.

The journey you are on isn't over (after all, there is always more), but you don't need to give more and more at that particular time.

If you listen to yourself (not the clamoring from outside saying you must always be doing, doing,) YOU will know when the time has come to start pouring again. And you will do so with a rested mind and steady hand.
